    I had to try. 


    Just edited to see and it is working now.  Could it be a browser issue?

    Possibly.  I'm all updated on Chrome though so I'm not sure what the problem might be.  I'll keep fiddling around with it - something might eventually work.

    Hitting quote yesterday, and today,  I get a bar across the top of the screen saying "loading ... "  and .... nothing, then .... nothing -- so I wait a bit longer, and ... nothing, and then, nothing.  Then more nothing. :coffee  Then  :yawn   and even more nothing.


    What gives? :confused

    I just tried it with Microsoft edge, Internet Explorer, and Chrome and had no problem on any of the three.  Since I was playing I tried spell check and it didn't work.  Just popped up a blank window on all three browsers.

    Same.  quick quote and edit both are broken  The loading banner never leaves, and if I pause the page and see where it is it is stuck in loops in loop in the obfuscated Google Ads code.

    And, I am a mod at another forum running SMF 2.0.13.  No issues there.  But we don't run ads there.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear that there are a few glitches happening on the site. These glitches are not a result of ads, but are likely a symptom of our recent server migration to Google Cloud. Changing servers is not an easy/smooth task and often causes a bunch of glitches in the process. Our migration team is working hard to tackle the issues as they arise, but sometimes it takes a little time before certain glitches are noticed. I will let the team know about the issue with quoting and editing. Hopefully they'll be able to get things back in working order soon.

    Sorry folks. The admin team and the techs have basically gotten buried in the last month or so. Our techs are in the process of migrating all of our sites to a new server (Google Cloud) and then implementing https on all of the sites once migrated. It's proving to be quite a challenging task for the techs as the migrations have uncovered numerous bugs and glitches that need to be addressed, and the admin team (including myself) have gotten buried in posts and PMs from members reporting all of the migration issues. It really is quite a mess. Apologies that I haven't gotten back to you sooner with updates.

    So, I did report the 'quote' issue to the techs but will need to bump the ticket as it probably got lost in the shuffle. Hopefully they can get it resolved soon as I know it's already been over a month.
