Ranger Roll for Fireman's Carry

Good video regarding getting an unconscious person into a fireman's carry.

Erm, forgot to mention there's some raunchy language, particularly at the end.

    Just make sure they wear a cup... that's a lot of shoulder shots to the crotch, if you miss...  :shocked

    Very interesting, though I've got my doubts that I'm up to the task physically of carrying someone like that right now;)

    Maybe if I worked out rather than working in the shop but it would take a while;)

    Still very interesting technique.

    Looks like a clean technique, really. Never considered it. I was taught if you can't carry a guy to reach around his armpits, lock your arms, stand up (basically deadlift) and drag him. It's surprisingly effective, my skinny ass dragged a 220# guy that way.

    But I'm not a Ranger, although they've played me on tv.
