She uses a handgun, then pulls up a shotgun.

Well at 8 seconds in there is a bad view, but it is all you get. the shotgun looks like a simple chopped down semi, but I don't relly know why she pulled it I am guessing she pulled the shotgun for the slugs to go threw the wall to get the bad guy
anyways the action seamed long long like an auto, I say with little proof 11-87

Trigger guard gives it away.  Remington.

Agreed.  Trigger guard, forearm fit, and barrel to receiver fit suggest a Remington.  1100 or 11-87.

I can't comment on the shotgun, but it appears she shoots both the shotgun and her handgun at once, or at least holds them both together.
