Rem 1100 reminder
« on: June 01, 2014, 11:07:01 am »
Do NOT run finger along the left inside  of receiver as it sharper than a razor and will cut you bad.
I informed / cautioned someone of this, still they found out the reason for my admonition.

Then again this  is sort of a rite of passage, akin to Garand Thumb.

None of us will ever accomplish anything excellent or commanding except when he listens to this whisper which is heard by him alone.

Too late.  Cut my finger on it years ago.  I forget how many stitches.

Never had a problem with mine, back when I had it. And I shot 3-gun with it, so lots of work in that load port.

Good single malt whisky works well too.  Administer orally.  Repeat as necessary.
