Heh.  At first I thought that this guy was begging for a visit from an alphabet agency.  But then I noticed that it's an upper attached to what is presumably a registered M-16 lower.

It is an SBS though it appears.  Hope he's got his Form 1 in order.

Looks like he needs to work out some bugs too.

    Still pretty cool!
Some people call the midwest the heartland, I prefer to think of it as the liver. Not too interesting, and easy to ignore until it quits working.

It is cool.  Making something like that from scratch must be a thrill unto itself.

Looking at the comments on the YouTube video, it looks like he has a patent pending.  good luck to him.  This would truly be a "street sweeper".

I'd be all over one, once he's got the bugs worked out.  PERFECT for when the Zombpacalypse comes...

Wouldn't a light rifle round be better for zombies? Lighter ammo, not much harder to get a headshot, longer range, higher capacity (though that isn't true with this). Of course, if you are talking rage / l4d zombies, where they don't need headshots to die, a good spine-severing disemboweling cloud of buckshot is just what the doctor ordered.

I'd love it if this were an option on L4D.

Even if it were straight semi auto I would love one of these.
