   Sorry it took so long.  I've had two issues and both were quickly corrected......when I got ahold of them.

Took waiting 45 minutes on hold both times though  :facepalm

In one I got a "rifle kit" that only had the upper (Not even BCG or charging handle), never even asked for a picture but sent out the replacements ASAP via priority mail.

   I'll be interested to see how this turns out.   With their introducing of the PSAK (gen2), AR47 and ARAK47 and their 1911 finally rolling out I have a feeling they have too many irons in the fire now.

    Yeah, I think they need to take a break on the new products and just focus on getting everything else smoothed out. Hire some more people to handle distribution and/or iron out their systems and improve efficiency.  Get some more people that can handle phone calls and emails.   Focus on one product line and stick with it for awhile, don't constantly have dribs and drabs of everything all over the place.  I don't know how much of their stuff they make in house, but they (or their suppliers) must have a ton of downtime due to product changeovers.
