In Just three years' time...
« on: July 07, 2013, 07:39:18 pm »
I took this photo today:

In order to pay homage to what's depicted in this one...

I thought I was the s___ back then because I had my little Mosin...those were the days.

I am blessed to be able to enjoy what I love to do.

You've come a long way (and spent a lot of money it looks like  :P ) but we all started somewhere and a M-N is a great place to kick start a collection.  Always keep your first gun.  I made the mistake of selling/trading mine when I was a teenager as well as some guns that belonged to my grandfather who passed almost 20 years ago.

I haven't refinished any.  The one on the far right is a 91/59 which I think is actually on an M-38 stock.  Not exactly sure.  Up to this point, I didn't have the '34 Tula (2nd from left, still haven't shot it) so I had been with two redheads and one Finnish brunette and that little blonde with attitude.  It's a nice shooting rifle and I even had trigger work done to it.
