Title: What is Lubalox?

Is Lubalox a moly or what?I have a box of .30 cal. Nosler combined technology bullets and don't know if I should use them.I hear that moly can be a pain to get out of a rifle bore but I am not sure if they are moly coated.If its not moly then what is it and how does it clean up?
