Ok, so with the new ban on the military selling scrap cases I want to stock up while its out there, and I know what I want to order but I cant remember from who. 

They are a mom and pop type company.  The sell .308/7.62 brass, and they have a package that comes with 500 pieces of demilled brass, 500 bullets, and it comes in an ammo box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

as well as Midsouth Shooter's Supply, MidwayUSA, and Graf's.  Cabelas also has had decent selections and prices on reloading components before.  None of these sell kits like you mention, but they do have the components!  And now that I think of it, wouldn't you want a lot more bullets than brass, since you're going to reload the brass a few times?
