Title: Matching the factory load

My neighbor up the street has a .308 lever action. Savage, I think. Uses a removable magazine, not a tubular magazine.
He wants to match the factory load for Remington 180gr Pointed Soft Point Core-Lokt rounds. Ball-park, I estimate we should be able to produce them for around 1/3 the current cost from the local stores. Or slightly less. I have the equipment, he'll provide the components, and we'll work together.
Here's the question: What powder will work best? Remington's factory velocity appears to be 2620, which, using Hodgdon's site, appears to be at the upper end of the recommended range for Hodgdon and IMR powders. Looks like IMR4320, IMR4064, IMR4895,Hodgdon BL-C(2) or Varget will all be possibles.
Any preferences?

I recently came into some Hornady 160 grain LeveRevolution plastic-tipped bullets for 30-30 that I loaded up. I was pleasantly surprised that my loads using BL-C(2) matched the little Hornady load-data sheet almost exactly for muzzle velocity. For what it's worth.

Of the powders you listed, Varget, followed by BL-C(2) would be my preference.
