Given the economic times,  I'll add that many of these items can be bought used, for a fraction of the new price.  Some mom & pop gunstores sell used reloading gear, and there's always Craigslist.

Yeah, it's basic, but that's what I was intending.  Too many folks get intimidated by how involved it all is.  Right now is as good a time as any to start reloading.  You may not be able to save much money (especially if you shoot a lot    ), but you sure will get better accuracy out of your hand loads.  I do.  I've seen some incredible differences between my factory 9mm and my hand load 9mm.
