I am still reading about reloading and came across this:

Pretty neat and probably of interest to more than just reloaders but I thought it fit in here

    its a pretty good site for a lot of things...its where I first noticed that a 9mm carbine with a 16" barrel will produce the same muzzle energy with a 9mm + P round as a .357 mag for example...
