It's time we added some of our favorite TV themes to this thread.  I'm starting off with The A-Team.

Ok, I'll play along. This one is kind of strange in it's sound, but I absolutely loved the show. It was perfection in seasons one and two and then three was debatable, with four being horrible until the ending. I loved the atmosphere, emotion, and gritty hard boiled feel to it.

Here's a somewhat new one,  Gravity Falls.   Yes, I know it is a cartoon,  but it's still an awesome theme song.  My wife stumbled across the show online a few weeks ago and binge watched the whole series.   I haven't seen all of them yet, but I did enjoy the ones I saw with her.  It's what you would get if you crossed Monster Hunter International with a Disney cartoon.  It's about a couple of kids that spend the summer with their eccentric great uncle in a very weird town in Oregon.   Honestly, I'm not sure how they convinced Disney to allow some of the stuff on the show.   Especially the parts with the zombie uprising, or the series finale where the inter-dimensional chaos monsters wreak havoc upon the town.

Back to the 1980's for two great detective show theme songs, Magnum PI and Simon & Simon.  This was the second theme Simon & Simon used, the one during the first season was completely different.  I think they also had a version with lyrics that might have only been on the pilot.

Typically I cannot stand anime, but Black Lagoon and Cowboy Bebop? I'll make exceptions for them  :cool.

And what!?!? Courtney Barnett?!? You're posting some great stuff here. I've been listening to her for years now.

Agree, there's a good deal of anime that I don't care for, but certain titles turned out to be "works of art" for me.  I discovered Courtney Barnett earlier this year via YouTube  :clap

Probably going to be showing my age here.

I think the music track from "The Last of the Mohicans" is one of the best movie tracks ever recorded. This clip is the music but I

so, george, what does Mrs.ogre think of your love of classic rock belly dancing?

I've been bouncing back and forth between two very different genre's recently

Metal, like 5FDP and demon hunter.

and Anthemic rock, namely Icon for hire.

I'll be on a lecrae/johnny cash kick next month.
