There are two shotguns in the Gears of War XBox game franchise. One is a lever-action shotgun called the "Gnasher":
The other is some kind of short, double barreled monstrosity:
As is fitting with the art design of the game, both weapons are ridiculously powerful at close range and are all but useless beyond a few meters. They have a spread like a hand grenade as well, and are both oversized and clunky.
The characters in Gears of War are also oversized and clunky.
Anyway, I found this by accident tonight. Someone made a real life prop of the sawed-off shotgun. I thought it was neat both from a prop-making standpoint, and from the standpoint of seeing a cartoonishly proportioned video game gun scaled for actual human beings.
