I see a good rate of fire there... But with no power or accuracy.  Of course, this exercise is all about the ROF... which is cool.  And she's cute too.  So Yeah, thumbs up. 

Well, the arrows hit LOUDLY, and she seems to keep them on a center of one blanket in about a canteloupe-sized area.

     :scrutiny  Are you referring to the archer in the OP?  Her form looks to me to be the classic Mongolian style.  I've used the thumb ring on recurves for years and can't imagine turning my hand the other way.  My palm is not always as open as hers but I think that is probably style over substance in this case.
