Ok, striker fired pistols have been around since the dawn of the 20th century. And virtually all of those early striker fired designs had both an intuitive grip safety and a manual safety.  The Swiss Luger and the FN models 1910 and 1922 are well known examples.

I like the idea.  Seems really simple with making no permanent changes to your gun.  I have always questioned the thumb safety that is offered aftermarket, as it requires cutting a slot into your frame.

I like the idea.  I am already in the habit of putting a thumb on the back of the gun as I holster, so this would add functionality to an existing muscle memory action.

But, I gotta be honest, $80+ to solve a problem I have not had in nearly 10 years of carrying a Glock seems kinda steep.  They need to cut that price point in half.

TBH the gadget looks better made as far as fit and finish than the Glock it goes on. I know that is not a high hurdle to clear, but it is at least well made. Altho I am pretty sure you could cast/mold something just as functional for far less.

What is this "free weekend" of which you speak?   

I think it was part of a "Buy three - get one free" promotion a while back.  I missed it too.
