I got this sent to me recently but it looks like it might be older news, sorry if it is.

    They've gotten this introduced in several state legislatures, but as far as I know it hasn't gained traction anywhere.

    I picked three of the state bills and ALL of them were 2008. Read that LAST year's proposal.

    Several of them are from 2007!

    If you want anyone to really take this serious, get an OFFICIAL copy from 2009.
