Steamlight Stylus Pro + Service

While I have other flashlights, my constant companion 24/7/52 for some time now has been a Stylus Pro.

While doing quality inspection/assurance for a client, it quit. So figuring it just needed batteries, I replaced them...nothing. So I tried new batteries , including some provided by the client/quality engineer I was doing work for that day...nothing.

I sent the Stylus Pro to the service center in PA and  9 days later they sent me a new one All I was out was postage sending to them, and time.

I like this light for many reasons, including its "impactness" since I do spend time in NPE locations.

NPE: Non permissive [weapon] enviroments.

    Fortunately/Unfortunately I have had similar issues with a couple of my Streamlights.  I kept a spare on hand ready to go, but I was two weeks from anything.  On one I had warning, on the other I had a similar failure to yours. Still the best lights I have found for the money.
