Any experience with Pearce grips?

Recently I put Hogue grips on one of my 1911s. I really like the way they look and feel. I want to do something similar for my Operator, but I really like the Cocobolo grips that are on there and want to keep them. I ran across these grips on Amazon. I like that they go under the existing grips, but I've never used them. So, any experience with them?

Yep I've used them for years, I'm a fan of Hogue's as well and like them but they are a bit thick. So I used to run a set of rubber grip panels, with the pearce thing under them and I like them allot. That said I've gone back to Hogue's on most all of my 1911's now anyways but if I'm running some sort of wood grip typically I run a pearce grip under them.

So for the price I like them, and it doesn't hurt to have a set around.
