Looks like weapons you took from a dead Sardaukar.

That is a reference you do not see everyday. Hopefully Crusader Weaponry is not quite as jingoistic as the Sardaukar.

Not the guys at Crusader, but I do worry about some of our door kickers out there.

LOL, don't worry about it, Joe.  It's referencing DUNE.  The Sardukar were the Emporer's troops.  He's saying the Partisan looks very official.
I was hoping he would say it was more Fremen as it lacks enough Rails to run a train from here to New York.

They look deadly and nasty, like something the Sardaukar would use. I don't think the Sardaukar would bother with rails and modules and illuminators and pointers and such. They're too skill proud and naturalistic, not gadget dorks at all. The Emperor's amoral soldier-murderers would be fine with this severe looking, uncluttered, AR package, although they would almost certainly get a bayonet on it as soon as possible. They would never shoot what they could slice.

That first linky pic is awesome.  Not so much the second.

I really like the stock and hand guard. And the grip.

Looks like  a ROC T-86 carbine.
