Dirty Bore

This cleaner came to me because of another opinion piece I wrote a while back. I really didn't have high expectations for this stuff but I'm actually pretty happy with it.

Ive really not found anything that works "Better" than MPRO-7 Cleaner.  Some that people have said is better - pretty much only works about the same.  I'd like to find something that really is tangibly better.  With no fumes.  No smell.  No toxicity.  And nothing to do with Frog Lube.

But the fumes and the smell is a bonus.  If it doesn't have that solvent smell, I don't know if I would trust it to clean.

You don't like the smell of Hoppe's #9? Really? I have always thought that they should make Hoppe's #9 into an after shave scent  :shrug.

It even smells better than Frog Lube, just, you know..... It doesn't clean as well as Frog Lube  :neener.

Do we forget that cops were primarily still using 6 Shot Revolvers well through the mid 80's? It wasn't until after 1986 that most departments then relented and went to autos.
Capacity wasn't really an issue then... and honestly really it's not even an issue now.

I've always liked it... But lately... it makes my stomach unsettled.

Same here. It's my go to, along with their oil.

Seems to clean faster. Same job. Doesn't get the gun any more or less clean but does so faster.
