As I understand it Jeep has wanted to do a pickup again for a long time, but Dodge/Ram sees it as encroaching on their turf at Chrysler.

This is the 2016 Gladiator concept, I think it would be perfect if they hat put the Gladiator frontend on it like the Crew Chief.

yeah, the Gladiators were pretty sweet looking rigs. This was a concept last year i think.
