It makes a heck of a lot of sense, though I'd rather see it in a two door with a shorter wheelbase.

As I understand it Jeep has wanted to do a pickup again for a long time, but Dodge/Ram sees it as encroaching on their turf at Chrysler.

They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes....Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."

    I like that!

I always loved the old 70's Comanche/Gladiator trucks, especially the stepside version.  :cool

This is the 2016 Gladiator concept, I think it would be perfect if they hat put the Gladiator frontend on it like the Crew Chief.

I had the chance to buy a Comanche for 200 bucks once.  When I lived in Ashville, VA some years ago.  Damn if I don't regret not buying it.

I should have bought a J10 twenty years ago.  Still wish I had.

If they look cool semi-old-school like that.......I'll definitely look into it.

If it looks like another tundra/Silverado/ram/vanilla curvy lined pickup I'll pass.

The pic at the top looks an awful lot like what could be hidden under the confusowraps on the test vehicle...

Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Whoever owns them this week has the best looking vehicles out for the last 10 years or so.  But I don't trust their engineering... Maybe I will think about buying one in ten years or so.  Do look cool as hell though.

I'll believe it when I see it.   These concepts often look cool, but when the production model comes out it is a complete pile of s___.
