Well my only problem is that i have caught up on all the stories now i have to wait just like every one else ;)

btw, loving  The Lost Promise keep up the good work.
IllinoisThere’s a story about a turtle and a scorpion. Scorpion is stranded on a river bank. Turtle sees this and asks Scorpion to get on his back and he’ll take him across the river. Scorpion gets on Turtle’s back and they go into the river. When they’re about halfway across, Scorpion stings Turtle. As Turtle is sinking, knowing they’re both going to die, he asks Scorpion "Why did you sting me, we’re both going to die?" and Scorpion says "It’s not my fault; it’s what I am."

Hello WTA.com I am Gabrielus (i'm not good at coming up with screen names as you can tell), but some people know me as Troll (not the internet kind) and you are welcome to call me that.

Anyway I am actually a pretty huge newbie when it comes to firearms and my knowledge is very limited and I have knowledge in barely anything except writting, which I have been doing since I was 8yrs of age.

I am of Puerto Rican and Dominican Republican descent and no I am not a Democrat.

I look forward to posting on here, because I recently got kicked off of another gun forum because SOME people were offended by my interest in certain types of firearms and I wish not to be accosted for my interests.

Moving along, I hope to bring forth a fresh perspective in the world of firearms, you know a fresh pair of eyes and ideas and I have many creative ideas that I wish to bring forth

Thank You very much and have a very nice day - Gabrielus  (Troll)

Well, generally on a gun board... those are the ones that will get you dogpiled.
I wouldnt give you a lot of grief, but I would advise a person to save some $$$ up and get a higher quality arm.
I honestly just made a blog post about this. ;)

Yeah, I know that, just never really saw it coming. Yes that is what I plan to do first, before going through the "bottom of the barrel" in terms of firearms I unfortunately am not of the age to purchase a handgun from a licensed dealer (trying to find a legal way around it), but I am allowed to to purchase a rifle and or shotgun (which is an irony within an irony if you think about it).

I once wrote a two page essay (if you can call it that) on how single shot firearms helped shape the firearm world a lot more than your standard AR-15 or AK 47.

If your state allows it and you are over 18 you can purchase a handgun from a private party. Most of the "free states" allow that.

I live in Florida so it is possible! Wait how does that make sense, I can't buy a handgun from a licensed dealer until i'm 21, but I can buy one from some random person who happens to be selling one...Where is the logic in that?   :scrutiny

Like all gun laws it makes no sense...just like you can go buy a .50BMG rifle or an AR15 from a dealer but cant buy a .22 handgun from that dealer.

Welcome aboard.   Examined in logical terms and subjected to real world scrutiny, there are very few "gun laws" that make any sense at all.

Hello all, just signed up and looking around.

New here, but not to hunting, fishing, camping, shooting, reloading, etc. Been wanting to leave FL, but I have kids here, and I like the gun laws here.

    Good evening Y'all,

Signing in from the West Texas border. Been hunting all of my life. Competed in 4H small bore when I was younger. Been reloading and doing rifle projects that shoot nice for a couple years now, did not take me long to get the remmy shooting through the same hole. I work for the Constitution, any other inquiries are directed to my current professional bed tester position at SleepingOnTheJob. Attached is a picture that made big man's FB page and a shot from the deer stand. Looking forward to chatting with you guys.

My strong suits are "match grade" reloads, and one shot kills.

I can vouch for mjelsik. He's teaching me long-range shooting and anal-retentive reloading. I'll be teaching him to "just let go" with pistol reloads. We shoot together, reload together, and occasionally drink beer together (usually in that order). He's my compadre in the steel targets thread.

And his rifle shoots even nicer than it looks.

:scrutiny Well, seeing as in 90% of the world, the AK symbolizes freedom, and Arsenals are made in the US...  :hmm  I suppose you're not crazy...

Screw that, if Outbreak says you're okay, you can drink with me, too.  :D
