Can do, just checked ring's and they offer the 90-two now, I know a few years ago I had one person ask and I couldn't get it at the time. Then a while back I thought I saw it, then confirmed this morning.

So yep not a problem at all, though since it's not been a gun I've any call for I would charge $20 to order up the dummy gun. I started doing that a while back as well since I've got a fair number of dummy guns I never use at least it chews up some of the cost that I loose on those oddball pieces;)

Take care!

I have a 90-two as well, but unfortunately I can't promise that I will ever want a holster for it.

No worries doesn't seem like a really popular carry gun or at least I don't get much of interest for it. Beretta guns as a whole I don't see a ton of requests for, more in the 1911/Sig side of the equation and a sprinkling of other niche areas.

For $20 extra, I will be ordering the OWB snap on and off.  That is what I ran at my CCW class and it worked great.  It will likely never leave the property as a CCW gun, but for a cheaper training gun, I love it.  I call it my cheater gun. 17 shots on 6" steel plate from 15 yards in about the same time as 8 from a 1911.

Can do;) I really like the badwater rigs they work well, I think I've told the story but I'll tell it again;)

The name for that rig came from my father in law. He asked me to build the first one I designed it and built it. Then everytime he got a new gun he wanted another one of those rigs. I never actually used it or tested it, I just built it because that's what he wanted. Well after several years and making probably 4-5 of them for him, I finally made one for myself;) Afterwards I started selling it on the site since the dang thing worked so well for me as well;)

So it's his fault I made the first one and eventually put them up for sale;)

I meant that if I saw myself carrying it, I would suggest that you at least halve the fee for Mike, but I am envisioning it more as a bedside gun with a light and suppressor. :shrug

Well if I've got two guys ordering a gun then I'll just eat the costs;) Really it's just the guns I bought over the years that I just don't use, there are a couple in the collection that I've used once, there are one or two that I bought figuring they would be popular and never got an order for;)

Mostly if I build say a pocket holster or even an IWB generally between the cost of the dummy gun, then the leather I loose money on that first rig and of course time doing it. But later I get that back of course if it's something guys are hunting for. But those ones I loose time and money on I'm trying to limit a bit;) We'll see it's just something I'm trying out to see if it works better or not.

Hey guys got the new Colt Cobra in the other day so I can now build for that as well!

Do note when I updated the site I went through some major backend work on there with some huge changes. And right now I can't add guns to my drop down lists easily, IE it would take me hours to fix it at the moment. So for the time being until I have time to fix that some guns won't be listed that weren't there before the change. Likely I'll fix it fairly soon because I've got a half dozen guns not on the list right now I need to add.

Basically the long answer though for those curious is shopping cart software and my business don't get along well takes allot of fiddling to make it work. Since it's made for say t-shirts and such where there are S-M-L type of options. Maybe 20, not 100+ guns, and 4 colors, and exotics etc. Last I looked including options for all the guns I had something like 16,000 option values in the database. So in the past those options were part of the products, so I'd go and add guns to each product and then save them and good to go. Tedious but it worked, now they moved the options so you can edit them independent of the product which is good, I can use the same option "list" so to speak for multiple products more efficient. BUT those options are now listed by name so I have 30 "Handgun model" options listed in a row with no identifier which product they correspond to. So I've gotta make a new master list of all the basic options and while that isn't too bad I can do that in an hour likely. Then I've gotta basically add each of those options by hand to each product. I'm not hand loading 16,000 options not gonna happen not enough time in the shop to do it;) And the chances of me missing something is way too high.

So right now I'm working with the data outside of the side, and massaging it in excel to work so I can just upload the replacement options to all the holsters. But I'm hitting a few importing snags etc, so more time needed. But once I get it done it will be fairly easy to maintain and pending they don't change the way options are handled again in the future I should be able to more easily keep the gun lists and options up to date.

So we'll see but for now you can always ask if I've got something in email etc, or select other gun not listed and place an order and we'll figure it out;)

So I still haven't gotten the site completely working the way I want, I've gotta revamp the whole list of options bit I mentioned above. And it's looking more and more like it will end up being a manual project that I'll have to have Sarah do since I don't have the time to do that anytime soon. But tonight we did a full inventory of dummy guns that I have that I can build for. And here is the list, I added around 20 new guns tonight to this list that weren't online previously:

So that's current;) If you see something on the list you've been wanting a rig for and it's not showing up online just select "other gun not listed" and mention it and I'll make it happen for ya. Hopefully in the next week or so we'll be getting all the automatic bits sorted out so they are all in the list. But there is some sort of bug there because I've had a bunch of guns disappear at random from a couple holsters. So hopefully when I redo all this that will stop being an issue.

    Take care:)

You are missing at least one.  I know I got a Makarov IWB from you, so there's that at least.  I also thought the plan was for Mike to order a Beretta 90-two rig.  Did that ever happen?

The Mak I didn't add because I didn't trust the fit yet I want to compare to one in hand to that dummy gun since you mentioned that it wasn't quite as tight as planned;) So that one is here but I didn't add it because I just don't trust it yet.

The 90-two is coming up on his order, I've got it on order but it's taking it's time from Ring's. Which isn't abnormal they seem to be casting on call more often than stocking or it could just be my oddball selection of requested guns lately;) Either way it's taken them a few weeks to deliver a gun lately but sometimes they have been quick.

Either way 90-two will be here, just isn't in hand yet so it's not on the list yet. And I probably have 1-2 other guns in that same limbo at the moment that I'm forgetting about;) Usually when it comes to that stuff I order a few weeks before I need it depending on who or where it's coming from, but honestly I've been adding enough guns lately that I always seem to be waiting on one from somewhere. Enough so I usually forgot what I ordered until it shows up or I read the order with it listed;)

So this is current in hand, but there are always more coming the 90-two being likely the next one. And likely next gun show I attend which should be in around a month I'll bring that Mak and find one at a dealer I know and compare with the calipers to make sure what the deal is with that one. If it's off spec then I'll go ahead and order up another one to get that squared away. Since I'm still not sure what the deal is with that one, by eye it looks pretty dang close and the numbers I got from the other holster maker I checked with lined up. So I'll see with my eye's and measuring stick what the deal is with that one;)

    Take care!

    Luke

EDIT: For other guys reading this too, there are guns I can do that aren't listed here. Like most anything for a S&W K, L, N frame. Just about any barrel length I can take care of and about any gun they made. But even further just about anything that is a 1911 I can make, I've built for some really crazy weird 1911's in just about any rail config over the years. So if you've got a crazy weird 1911 I can probably still build for it. I tend to build up my dummy guns to match the gun you've got, or the rail, or slide profile in extreme cases. So 1911's that aren't listed are not likely an issue just shoot me an email but I can almost certainly do it.

Same goes for shorter versions of stuff like say the P220C which is basically a cut down P220 it's not on the list but I've done it a bunch of times. And there are probably 100 other variations like that I've built for guys over the years using or modifying an existing gun to work. Heck even that CZ 75 Pre B, that one I took a regular CZ 75 B and modified it to match the pre B for an order and kept it around for future orders for that particular mod. Most of the time I do temporary mods but once in a while I'll mod something to match an odd duck I can't get a dummy gun for. Did that for Sig 1911's for a while until I could get a proper mold for those with the Sig cut slides etc.

So when in doubt shoot me an email, I can typically make something work unless it's really an odd duck;)

This really screwed things up at G-Code when I was there... Because SIG rolled out a redesign on the 229.  The original 229 went away and the old 228 became the new 229 with a rail and the new 228 became the M-11.  They did this without really telling anyone so a lot of orders came back with problems and we didn't know why until a customer sent in a photo of his 229.  I went over to the closest LGS and asked to look at the 229 and then we realized what was going on.

So will the M11 fit all old P228 holsters?

I didn't think about it till you mentioned that but I remember there was some issues there but from memory I don't recall it's been a little while since I did a Sig P229 but I can't remember hearing any fit issues. Granted leather is allot more forgiving than poly holsters.

But I did some quick looking around but if anyone has a link to a discussion or photos comparing the P229's variations I'd like to take a look at it;) Since I've always said it never fails I learn something new everyday it seems despite trying to not get surprised by changes;)
