    And... how is this supposed to be better than a normal Slug?  Fosters, Brenneke, or Sabot?  Accuracy looks highly inconsistent and I'm really not getting the application for these that would give more desirable results over existing options.   
    The Penetration potential is interesting, yes.  But Federal already has penetrating slugs that I would bet would deliver better results. 
    And if you need more penetration that that, Son, a Shotgun isn't the weapon of choice.

    ^ This.   The design looks like it is not easily stabilized in flight so I'd have a hard time imagining any state game and fish dept. approving them for use on big game.   Vermin and predator control are easily handled by standard ammunition.   Like the man said, "Just because you CAN do something doesn't necessarily mean you SHOULD do it." .
