Me neither, if my kill to death ratio is 1 to 2 I'm happy.

I've never been fast and can't circle strafe worth a damn.   Even when I was playing Quake II and Counterstrike in college.  I hold my own by being a sneaky, camping bastard.

Only certain maps I snipe.  Otherwise I'm using the MP-7 or FAL and running.  Maps are for the most part small and it moves fast.  If I have a team with me, we usually hold a point on the map and let the other team come to us.

That's one of the main problems I have with the franchise.   I hate running around in circles all the time.   I prefer shooting long range,   or finding good spots where I can shoot people in the back as they run around a corner.

It's ironic that third person cover-based shooters are more "realistic" than first person shooters, even though you can see your little guy running around and are less immersed.

In real life, you can't run 15 miles an hour, and do so just as fast front, back, side-to-side (front front back back side-to-side).  It's why 3rd Person shooters, with their worlds full of convenient chest high walls, will always have a place.

Considering that FPS games started with Castle Wolfenstein (Nazi tank suits with twin mini-guns and healing through eating dog food) and Doom, I'm immune to any concept of "realism" in a shooter.

Plus, I dunno about you, but I'm really sluggish with a lot of loadouts.  I also should disable my sprint button...

PS: Reinstalling BLOPS I.

Try Combat Arms with Nexon.net...ridiculous abilities....but fun to play.
