Congratulations, you've found deleted scenes from History Channel's "Revelation: The End of Days" filmed in 2012 released on HC in 2014. The Daily Mail UK is a silly "news" org. This is a slimy hoax.

A warning from the police in Australia. Looks like they really don't like Nickelback.

Wife, Med Professional, says so what, you should see the live birth dummy/simulators.  I am NOT looking for a link, and besides I doubt it would be safe for work.

"Patrick is in use at Drexel University and at the University of Florida, and the feedback he provides is currently setting the foundation for broader research into the use of virtual humans to prepare people for stressful interpersonal experiences."

So I wonder when they will have one of these for premarital counseling.

Bones is also a medical professional. I have not received her feedback on Patrick yet.

I've been requested to comment on Patrick. I had the pleasure of being taught how to perform a rectal exam with a standardized patient. He was an old tattooed biker that felt the need to get paid money to let med students shove their fingers up his exit and provide feedback. I'm not sure what kind of feedback Patrick provides but I can promise you that the "real deal" may be more memorable. It's been years and that's definitely one of the educational experiences that I can't burn out of my brain.

How does a med student provide feedback to a patient through the rectum?  :neener

I'll keep my lips sealed regarding this, but the merging of the internet weirdness thread and medicine may be my two favourite things.

Just letting my personal memories and experiences flow right now...  :D

My wife was unimpressed with the idea of "Patrick" as well.  I think that these virtual feedbacks are more for the student rather than the patient.

Hey, as long as they don't have smell-o-vision for C diff. Now  that would be cruel and unusual punishment to students. Some experiences should remain in the clinical setting.

I have to think that there's some variation of the "snake proof" feeding port that would improve his productivity.  He'd spend less time feeding the snakes because he wouldn't be chasing them around on the floor with the hook and trying to get them back in the enclosures.

Owing to cuts in defence spending, one of the BAE Hawk aircraft of the famous RAF Red Arrows display teams has had to be replaced with an a cheaper alternative:

Plus mayo. It's what Germans think American food tastes like.
