Got my pledge in last night. Really looking forward to getting my copy.    I hope you add some MHI t-shirts and hats as an extra goal after we hit 45k.   I would chip in a few extra bucks for one.

In the MHI universe... you have a good chance of either.

Pledged $60 for a PDF and print copy.    I'm hoping this thing don't slow down farther in  :nervous

It can slow to a crawl and still have a damn good chance of success.

Well, it looks like a bunch of us are going to be running MHI games in the future. I've never run the Hero System before, but I've heard good things. The fact that Steven S. Long in involved is a good sign. I'm not sure how many of his books I own, but it's a lot.

Now I just need to get the old gaming group back together.

On a semi-related note, just got an e-mail from Amazon (which apparently owns Kicksterter. who knew?) Anyway, email says since I'm interested in the MHI Employee Handbook and RPG, maybe I'd be interested in the following titles:

They suggest every single one of Larry's books, minus Dead Six, and their Audible counterparts... plus two "Vampire Romance" novels.  :vomit How in the heck can Amazon correlate Vampire Romance with MHI?

I'm confident we are going to fund soon. Now the question is, how many stretch goals for extra free cool stuff can we squeeze in? :)

Depending on the vampire romance, they could actually be non-sparkly, kick-ass vampires.

And, having actually clicked on the product links, both appear to be fairly kick-ass. Though I still fail to see how getting your carotid artery ripped out is romantic.

Just joined a Pathfinder game tonight.   I haven't played any games for over 15 years,  so it was nice to get back to it.  It was pretty entertaining and I'll definitely try and run an MHI game for the group once it gets published.   I might even include a special range day where I make the players actually attempt to do the feats they are describing.   Sure rolling dice to see if your character can headshot that zombie is good,  but it's even better when you have to grab a pistol and take a shot at a silhouette target in real life.

I only hope that it gets funded quickly so we can have lots of good stretch goals.  Especially ones that include additional books and more content.
