New releases usually only see 10-20% off. Where you really see the deals is stuff that is a year or two old, and the package deals. With some of those you might pick up 10 games for only a dollar or two each.

Seriously, game developers with hard drive space are becoming like politicians with taxpayer dollars.

I picked up Torchlight II (Better than Diablo III IMHO)

and Natural Selection II Aliens vs Marines FPS + RTS. No I'm not kidding. The commander has a top down view of the action, and when he clicks on his units to send them to do something they may or may not do it. Because they're real people.

All for $25.00 each.

I did like the look of NS II, but I'm hooked on TF2. Although Planetside 2 looks interesting.

I got Diablo III for free because I signed up for the World of Warcraft annual pass last year. I was not impressed with it. Basically it was nothing more than running around and spam clicking on crap until it died, then picking up piles of gold and crappy loot. I ran through it once, but haven't touched it in months. I never played the first two, so I don't know if they were any better.

Also, you might want to check other game download sites as well. This site here offers a good list of what is on sale at steam and a few others:

Also, Amazon is running some really good deals right now. I just picked up Bioshock I and II for $5 total.

That's pretty cool. Never heard of humble bundle before. I'll have to monitor that. I'd definitely jump on this one if I didn't already own all the Company of Heroes titles.

I can't get Space Marine to work on my laptop, either. Only on the tower. I don't think it's compatible with laptop graphics cards.
