I can't wait.

The only thing bad about the first movie is that it made Blanton's even harder to find.

I've watched the movie several times and... Blanton's?  :shrug

What scene did they have Blanton's bourbon? Was that his "usual" in the underground mob bar scene?

I couldn't find any YouTube videos on this.

Do we forget that cops were primarily still using 6 Shot Revolvers well through the mid 80's? It wasn't until after 1986 that most departments then relented and went to autos.
Capacity wasn't really an issue then... and honestly really it's not even an issue now.
Ray Chapman, used to say that the 125-grain Magnum load’s almost magical stopping power was the only reason to load .357 instead of .38 Special +P ammunition into a fighting revolver chambered for the Magnum round. I agree. - Massad Ayoob

Bingo.  Here's the scene with lousy sound quality:

I'm glad it was good! I was worried it would be terrible.

    Remember, no spoilers  ;).

    Yup.  Definitely Blanton's.

I saw it yesterday. Great movie. I want a prequel of the assignment he had to do to "retire"

Just as good as the first one.  If not, perhaps even a bit better.

I just saw it today, and while I like it, it isn't as good as the first one in my opinion, particularly the ending.

Kind of like "The Two Towers" or "The Empire Strikes Back", but better.

I did like the pencil scene.
