    Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988)

Jessica Rabbit: You don't know how hard it is being a woman looking the way I do.
Eddie Valiant: You don't know how hard it is being a man looking at a woman looking the way you do.
Jessica Rabbit: I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way.

    Heat (1995)

Vincent Hanna: My life's a disaster zone. I got a stepdaughter so "fluffed"  up because her real father's this large-type a______. I got a wife, we're passing each other on the down-slope of a marriage - my third - because I spend all my time chasing guys like you around the block. That's my life.

Neil McCauley: A guy told me one time, "Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner." Now, if you're on me and you gotta move when I move, how do you expect to keep a... a marriage?

    The Blues Brothers (1980)

Elwood: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Jake: Hit it.

I don't even remember if it occured in the book, but in the movie, The Hunt for Red October, the flight attendant suggests Ryan get some sleep.
Ryan: I could never sleep on a plane. Turbulence...
    Flight Attendant: Pardon?
Ryan: Solar radiation heats the Earth's crust. Warm air rises, cold air descends. Turbulence. I don't like that.

I'm a pilot, so I can bust that one out all the time. Although, I sleep like a baby on planes, and I don't mind turbulence.

Calvin and Hobbes: Calvin is waiting for the bus when an alien beams down, copies his form, and starts imitating him. So Calvin being Calvin puts the alien duplicate on the bus and sends him off to school in his place. Cut to the principal's office with Mom & Dad. Principal explains that Calvin has been claiming to be a space alien all day, to which the duplicate says:

"It's troo! Taht darn Cahl-veen stole mah spaceship!"

    Crossfire trail.

Sonova... I love that movie! Guess I gotta watch it again...

And a few more I thought of, from S.W.A.T.:

As the squad begins engaging in a high-speed pursuit, Hondo takes the wheel...

Street: "Wait, I thought you said you can't drive!"
Hondo: "I never said I can't drive, I said I don't like to drive! I keep gettin' into accidents!"

And later, as Hondo is about to use a P.I.T. Maneuver against a LearJet:

Hondo: "Hang on, guys! This is where watching The World's Most Exciting Police Chases pays off!"

    Good one.

    I loved his prayer:
Merciful Father, I have squandered my days with plans of many things. This was not among them. But at this moment, I beg only to live the next few minutes well. For all we ought to have thought, and have not thought; all we ought to have said, and have not said; all we ought to have done, and have not done; I pray thee God for forgiveness.
