    I agree BUT I am always shocked at the cops that are oblivious to this. I've seen several come out of interviews shaken because they went in without an attorney thinking the Feds that played on their softball team would be all cool and buddy buddy. During my last shooting I didn't feel up to the interview until I got some sleep. Adrenaline was wearing off and I was wasted. The FBI agents protested saying "But we came all the way from Hickory!" My attorney, a former Fayetteville cop who was shot in the line of duty, simply said "Then you best rent a room fellers. See ya tomorrow." The ball was in my court then and I think it took the edge off their attack plan. Very smooth interviews the next day.
