I've got to say; I've tried reading other zombie books and i cant get into them like I have the uprising series. They all seem like knock off books. I really like the series and I can't wait for russia to come out.  :clap

P.S. I think the uprising class is a fun idea.  :thumbup1

A re-edited version of Uprising Italia is coming out for publication this month.  Not self published, but the same group that published George's Uprising books.  I'll get an exact date soon.  Here's the cover.

Very nice.  Hopefully this will be the last time I buy Italia...  ::)

Uprising is going to be a big part of this Wednesday nights discussion I believe.
So, if you are a fan of Uprising tune in to George's We The Armed Spreecast at 10pm EDT, 7pm Pacific.
BTW, we're back on Standard time...

My computer is back up, so hopefully I can do this week.  :D  I have a webcam.  With any luck, I'll be able to get it to work.

Hey, if any of you have read Uprising Italia, can I get some quotes about it?

I am in the process of listening to Uprising USA on Audible.

Other than cringing at the Non Gun Guy Narrating the book; it is a fun listen. I enjoy it when an author takes a genre' or subject and applies some humor to it. Especially breaking the 4th wall and writing the author into the story.  Clive Cussler does that once in a while (several times he has saved Dirk Pitt's life).

I have one question for those of you who actually know some of the cast of characters.  Does ''Uncle Musket" actually talk that way?

Sometimes, but he appears in the forms of several different avatars.

Every person in Uprising USA is based on someone I actually know.  Some by their real name... others under an altered name.  But everyone in it is a real person.

That can't be Uncle Musket.  He looks dumber than I thought he would be.

Really, Sean? You really wanna insult Uncle Musket... in public? You itching to find yourself in a duel or something?

I actually don't think it's possible to insult him.  Incite him, maybe.

I admire the man's taste in handguns.    :cool

I deserve that.

I apologize.

It sounded funny in my head, not so funny outside.  It was a stupid attempt at a joke and a provocation.

Sorry guys. Sorry Uncle Musket.
