Well, I missed the boat on ordering one, so I left my email to be notified when I can get one.  Now this gives me time to find or make an appropriate Sgian Dubh.

SOB.  I got an email today saying it's the last day to order one.  I thought I already had.  So I went to the website to re-order:

Amazing what ITAR covers.  Probably can't ship them to Yemen or North Korea, either.

More likely it's a licensing issue.  You can get 5.11 kit up here, but it's pricey.  They apperantly won't ship direct, and retailers (US) won't either.

That Kilt didn't have a proper place for reloads or empty mags on the left at mid-thigh.

And as for trauma plate...THAT'S WHAT THE COD PIECE IS FOR!

    Damned I tell you.

Those aren't the picts I'm familiar with.  Too much clothing and not enough blue skin and tattoos.  Later Scots, perhaps?  Or I need more ancient history...

Kilts?  I wear one when the mood strikes.

There was a guy called Needle Pimp who made a pretty sweet Multi-cam Apoco-kilt. I tried getting in touch w/ him, but he looks to be off the grid or interwebs right now.

I agree that not my first place to keep my weapon. An IWB holster would probably work just fine.
