Yeah, that was probably done by someone living in California, NJ etc. where the restriction is still in place.

Brand new guns with giggle switches are Military/LE only. I wouldn't mind a select fire DS ARMS OSW and the B&T machine pistol. Alas...

I feel that "arms" is something that one person can carry and fire accurately while standing. So that would rule out MK19's and miniguns.

If 5 out of 4 SCJ's would rule on that definition of "arms" then it would allow us our giggles.

I think it's kinda contradictory to imply that something is unconstitutional because the government but not the people are allowed to do it, and yet the Constitution itself says that the government is the one that holds certain powers as opposed tot he citizenry.  Something can't really be unconstitutional if it's a part of the Constitution...

But I still chuckled.

I agree, but aside from the hair splitting pedantry of pointing out that Jefferson didn't make such a distinction, he also referred not to the citizen but rather the citizenry as a body.

Anyway, like I said, I still chuckled.  IS that stamp off of an H&K?  I've heard that they think I suck, and they hate me...
