I never heard of these!

And the add on for importation frame mounted safety is in the right spot!

Does anyone else have one? I know mags are rare but it comes with two and I think I might know someone who is willing to take two 8 round TT mags and make a 9 rounder.

Here's a write up.

I have to admit that I've always wanted a Tokarev. Lord knows I need one like I need a hole in the head but if the price was right, I'd probably go get one.

My uncle brought one back from Viet Nam and I had a chance to shoot it way back in the '70's. It was a fun gun.

I suspect I'd rather have one of these:  http://www.eaacorp.com/zastava-m88-EI.html EAA M88. Relatively compact in 9mm and 40 cal.

It's also a single action pistol with a slide mounted safety lever.

I've owned two of the Chinese knock offs, one of which wore the California compliant safety.  The TT is a fun gun to shoot and the 7.62x25 is a spicy little cartridge.  My main complaint is that because of the firing group "package" they all tend to have squishy trigger pulls.  Easy to clean though.
