Whoops I just read what I posted.  Need to proof more. CH4 charges $50 for each die.  Anyway the die set I wanted is out of stock but I got a wild hair and upgraded.
It will be a RCBS 2 die set.  When I receive the dies I'll be able to figure out exactly what would need treating.  Roughly the interior of the sizing die and the plug that forms the inside of the neck of the of the bottle case.  The seating/crimp die would get the interior and the moving part that adjust for a crimp or not on the seated bullet.  If this works out you may get a lot of people interested in treating their steel dies for bottle neck cartridges.

Sounds good.

That's what I wanted to read. I have an M14, an 870, and a 1911 that need your magic, especially the 870. I have never been very good on their "care and feeding". The question is deciding which one is first.

Tough call. The 870 and 1911 are the easiest to do right now.

Khorne just brought back my M4 that I had Gundoc slick up with the permanent treatment.
You know... I thought it was slick before.  I mean, I Slipstreamed the crap out of it and it was damn slick...
THIS is just unreal.  This is Slick on a whole new level.  I feel nothing but Spring Weight - there is no friction in there.  There is no grind or drag or anything... It's just... amazing... no... seriously... I'm stunned.
And it's BONE DRY!   WHAT?  Yeah, like zero oil in there...  totally dry.

Guys... DO THIS! You want this.  You don't know you want this... but you want it.  If you could feel your gun like this... MAN.  This isn't the same gun I left with Gundoc.  This gun... SWEEEEET!

Now I'm wondering what the shipping on a half dozen pistols would be...

You might be best to bring them in person, hang out for a bit, come shooting with us, and then drive your babies home.

A friend and I are actually planning a trip up there in the fall for a class. I'll just pack up the whole safe and get everything done at once.

The Gundoctor has the firearm in my signature.  He is going to be doing a little ST-3 action on it.  I'll post reviews when I have it back.  Pretty giddy about this.

I just got my two BCG's. The .22 conversion functioned flawlessly for 75 rounds (did a quick, 15min range trip.) I think I'm going to test the 5.56 BCG tomorrow.

When they announced this treatment, I had the mental image of a shiny black coating, accurately applied just to the friction surfaces.

What I got was a ziploc bag full of Voodoo Powder and a couple of my parts mixed in. They are COATED. My fingers had so much Slipstream on them after installing the buffer and spring, charging handle (yup, the whole thing is dark gray. even the part you see) and the .22LR BCG, that I had to go grope every metal to metal contact I could find. I fondled a handful of magazine followers, and as much of the AR as I could get my fingers into. The buffer tube is coated, and my silver fingerprints are all over the receiver. When no more magic dust would come off my fingers, I washed my hands, and in the process applied Slipstream to 2 doorknobs, one faucet, one sink, unknown amounts of plumbing, and a hand towel.

I'm keeping the ziploc bag so I can shake-n-bake small parts.

Excess Voodoo Powder... You know what you should do with that?  Put it in your bottle of Slipstream and increase the density of the mixture.

It's stuck all over the inside of the plastic bag that Joe put the BCG and Buffer/spring in. I'm getting ready to order some replacement springs for some of the Sigs. I'm gonna toss them in the bag and shake it before I install them.

Alrighty then.  It took me a little longer to get the review posted, but here we go.  When I was handed back the pistol by Crusader Smithy, it was Slipstream slick.  I mean, smooth as smooth can be.  The interior has a nice silvery sheen on everything.  It feels like the grease/oil combo, but.....different, in a really good way.  He told me that the trigger was the thing he noticed the most improvement on.  The trigger before was great.  It's a 1911.  When I tried the trigger, I was shocked.  It was better than ever.  It was more smooth than butter.  What's smoother than butter?  Yogurt?  No...... It is by FAR the BEST 1911 trigger I have ever felt.  Another thing that is so amazing about this ST-3 treatment is that the entire pistol is COMPLETELY BONE DRY.  There is no oil, and no grease.  There is just PURE GOODNESS.  As I have stated before, this is just what the Gundoctor ordered.  I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone and everyone.  It is seriously incredible.  I always thought running a gun dry would be a bad idea.  No longer.  This baby will run dry for a long time.  I think all the people driving around me probably though I was on drugs on the way home, because I was grinning from ear to ear the entire way home.  Even giggling at times.  Thanks Gundoctor!  I will get it to the range as soon as I can, and will post another review once I get back.  Oh, and he said to run as many rounds through it as I could before cleaning it.  Put rounds through it until you can't take how dirty it is.  This will help the treatment work in even more.
