Dirtbike surfing`

This is nuts.  I'm way too old for this stuff, but I want one.

You Have to Watch This Guy Ride His Dirtbike on the Ocean Like It's a Jet Ski

Robbie Maddison is your new hero.

By Travis Okulski

There are certain things you aren't supposed to be able to do. Things like riding a motorcycle on the water for more than half a second. Robbie Maddison doesn't seem to think that the laws of physics should apply to him though, and he rode his dirbike on the freaking ocean.

Yes. On the ocean. And in waves.

How? Well, first, it has small boards on the side to give it some buoyancy and stability. Secondly, it's all about momentum. You have to stay on the power and let the special rear tire that looks like a paddle board do its job or else you'll be sinking.

Maddison has said that this is one of the craziest things he's over done. He's right. This is insane. Get ready to be slack jawed.

Good thing he's running a disc brake - they don't fade so bad when they get wet   .   .   .     :cool

Pretty sure stopping is not something recommended.

There are some pretty amazing things that can occur with enough speed applied.
