Well I have no use for it, as I have no large frame Smiths. I already told Roper he could have it for his 1911s, but perhaps he could find someone to pass it along to if it doesn't work for them. It fits 1911s fairly well...

I remember that retired NYPD officer back in the '90's that retired down to Asheville and opened Whole Armor police supply. He sold tons of JayPee gear and I had several for quite a while. It was very simple but sturdy stuff.

While sorting through my 10/22 stuff I found what I believe is a 22 mag 10/22 magazine. I have always wanted a .22mag 10/22 but have put that on the back burner...So if you can use it PM me and I will mail it out.

While hunting for something else, not gun related, I found a .40 S&W 1911 mag. This is a single stack 1911 Kimber branded mag that fits 10mm through the feed lips but is too short. I thought it was marked .40, but I can not find it now. Same as with the 10/22 .22 win mag mag. If you can use it speak up and I will send it out.

I hope to be able to set up my gun space/reloading area later this summer, so will be sorting through my crap and lots of it is not worth my time to try to sell so first option will go up here.

We need to start this up again. Hook each other up.

Ares Tactical LH appendix carry holster. I repeat: Left Hand. This was part of a brilliant plan to convert a LH IWB to a RH OWB. It didn't work. But it is a very good holster, I have one in RH that I use quite a bit.

Also it's Kryptec Mandrake. Don't be showing up to the range with no digicamo, unless you want to look like a chump. Kryptec is the new hotness, and here's your chance to get it while it's hot.

Edit: oh yeah, Glock 19/23.

I have a black coloured, right handed Luke Adams crossroads OWB holster and mag carrier for a Sig P228/P229, but I do not typically wear this style of holster. The holster conceals decently for me, but the mag carrier will not conceal at all.

The only thing to note is that the holster is a little tight, but other than this, it is a high quality rig.

I am willing to give this to someone based on the following criteria:
1. long term member, with > 500 posts.
2. You need to use it. If it doesn't work for you, I would ask that you continue to "pay it forward" here.
3. Extra points in your favour if you are new to concealed carry. A good rig to start off with can make or break if someone carries their firearm or not.

Also note for anyone who gets this rig etc, it falls under my normal I'll fix anything I build policy whoever owns it. So if you have any issues etc down the road just shoot me a note and I'll make it right.

Also if interested on both ends feel free to send it to me in the middle, and I'll give it a quick buff and run over the rig to make sure everything is spiffy before it heads down the road.

As a previous owner of this holster, I want to point out that it is very tight. Maybe too tight. When Luke gets it in hand, he should check fit. Also, this is for the 'non-rail' P228/P229, in case that makes any difference to Matt.

Makes no difference...I have an ancient P229 (triple S/N W. German manufacture) that is non-railed. Even better for me

stick the gun in a ziplock bag, stuff it in the holster and leave it over night. it should be almost perfect fit the next morning

Yeah... That is the prescribed AH method, but I am not new to his holsters.

I have had over 10 Adams holsters pass through my hands over the years, and none were as tight as this one. The previous owner was from Arizona, (I bought a gun that came with two Adams holsters) and while the other holster fit perfectly, this one, I suspect, was exposed to some of that famous dry heat and 'shrunk.' I am sure that Luke can work magic on it, but the plastic bag method did not do anything for me.

so i decided to standardise with safariland comp II loaders for my gp100 and i have 4 hks 586 speedloaders for a S&W 586, 686, 581, 681 or Ruger GP100 i have my initials and a number written on each in red paint pen but otherwise they are pretty much new. Anyone who wants them let me know
