    First pic is a Classic Buck knife. 303 Cadet, best can tell from pic, still it will be  stamped on knife.

    I know Kabar, Cammulis, Case, and  Dexter (?)  make a leather handled, fixed blade  knife for the  US military back when, still, for some reason, and I agree the pommel is not original, this one has a British flavor to me...

    Actually, the Buck is the discontinued 307.  A large framed stockman, about 4" closed.   Great knives.

      The double edged fixed blade looks like a British Taylor Witness, perhaps.

    I dunno.  The pommel, hilt and radius on the blade don't look quite right for the Taylor referenced.

    My carry rotation, pick one folder and one hand gun.  The utility and the fixed are EDC.  The red folder is Kershaw Needs Work, the black and silver is a CRKT Mah Eraser.  Guns are Para Ord Tac-4, and Glock 29.  Fixed blade is Block Mini Cat Head XL, if your curious.

    FWIW, I did see 2 or 3 at the gun show I went to tonight, all in the $800-$900 range, so they are actually showing up on the market. Yeah, I know I'm not helping.

    You know man- a rock island commander/officers 1911 can be had for about 400-500...

    Channeling Alone and Kaso today. The Buck 110 has been converted to an auto. The J-frame is a .38 +P.
