Jensen Arms in Loveland CO yesterday had more ammo than I had time to look at. They had at least 8 or 10 2000 round packs of Egyptian 7.62x39, lots of birdshot (of course) and quite a bit of buck, and no signs within my sight saying limit 2 boxes per customer, just no ripping open boxes. I didn't look at all of it, or the shotguns I meant to, because I had someone waiting in the car. Even a few months ago, they had huge amounts of ammo. I wonder whose loved one they had to kidnap to keep up that kind of ammo supply.

Gander mountain had .380 ball in Fiocci.  19.95 box of 50.  They had blue and red boxes.  I stuck with blue as it has never malf'd in my pistol.

Who notes they also had 9mm Blazer Brass on sale!

Finally got some .30 carbine at the gun show today.   There were a few tables that had it, the best one had Aguila for $18, also some S&B for $19 a box.   I picked up 5 of the Aguila to tide me over until my CMP order finally shows up.    The other tables all had it in the $20's ranging up to $30.

I was at Cabela's today.  I have decided that there is no more ammo shortage.  Cabela's in Glendale had everything you could possibly want.

       Ummm...I'll post but...What's the use?  ;D

Not many people in Rural Montana.  Or willing to drive there :devillol

Walmart a few days ago. 100 rounds .45ACP Winchester White Box's for $34.95.  250 rounds of Rem-UMC .40S&W 180FMC for $71.85.      I don't like buying form Walmart. I'll pay a few dollars extra to locals, but they were out of my 1st choice .40 ammo, and the Rem-UMC shoots the same.

Online, if you check 2-3 sites, you can find about anything you want.  I picked up another 250 rounds of Ultramax .223 softpoints from Midway about 3 days ago.  FOr my new .223 that will arrive Monday.

I just wish that the ammo dealers would bring some god damn 10mm to the show.  They never have any.

It is interesting that the WalMarts don't stock the same ammo.  I have never seen a 250 rd pack at a local and I've cruised a bunch during the great ammo hunts.  GPS is wonderful for finding WalMarts.  I'm still amazed that there are so many, so close together.  WalMart is still regularly sold out of practice ammo.  The local delivery is on Wednesday morning.

Shooter's of Jacksonville has bulk ball ammo again.  Federal 7.62 500 rounds $280.  Federal .45 ACP ball $110.  Still no cheap .380, just the exotics.

Apologies, Federal .45 ACP 230 gr loose pack, 500 yes 500 rounds.  I was shocked and I'm hoping it lasts until next Friday, when I get some money.
