Marlin 1895 SBL .45-70.
« on: August 16, 2012, 12:40:49 AM »
Due to circumstances beyond our control, lost my job and had my workers comp canceled, we are putting Caryns SBL up for sale.
I will post up pictures later.
It has been loved and properly cared for.
Lubed from day 1 with Slipstream, action slicked up, and rubbed down with remoil before storage.
Will be asking $700 + shipping.
If it doesnt sell, we will entertain offers.
You guys get first shot before the other forums or gunbroker.

Thanks for looking.

That is a steal.  Lowest Price I can find New is $824 and you still have to add about $50 of tax on top of that.

Someone needs to buy this ASAP.

Sorry to hear things have gotten sideways for you.   :(

It is what it is, one reason I keep a stock of guns... Its that they are better than a savings account or most current stock market investments.

I already own a Marlin, which is too bad, as this is a good offer.

Wow.  That sucks man.  Sucks bad.

I've been where you are, my sympathies are with you.  Wish you the best of fortune.

With the rail, as pictured?

I'm trying to describe it to someone accurately.

Danged that's too bad.    If I had the cash I'd get it and hold onto it for you and better times.   As it is, I'm gonna be selling off a few to acquire some stuff.

I'll make you an offer I hope you don't have to take just so you have something out there.   PM incoming.

You guys really are the best. We have been having a discussion about the family feeling here, and again...y'all shock me with your generosity and kindness. Thank you so much!
