Newbie here, was pointed to this site by my buddy Fiaca.  Long time shooter, was away from it for years.  Had a ND CHL, let that lapse, got my TX CHL again recently.  Used to have an FFL, let that go years ago.  I'm into medieval history, motorcycles, physical activities, and shooting.

    Hey,
Just wanted to stop in and introduce myself.  My name is Hunter and I'm addicted to guns (especially the evil ones).  Was clicking around and found this site and thought I'd give it a shot.

Hello I am new to the website. I am an LEO Offcier, I have spent 8 years in the Navy. Master At Arms. Never did see a ship however. Did see time over seas...lol. I like this website so far due to the fact that it is people like me that think our nation is getting weak in the knees when it comes to standing up for our rights and protection. Right on and I iwll be seeing you around the board.

    Hi all,
I had no contact with guns growing up as a city kid in Cincinnati, but my first wife was a farm girl from Michigan, and I got introduced to rabbit hunting by her dad and brothers.  then we moved to Alaska in 1978, and all  the guys in the office wanted to know what kind of weapons I was going to carry while fishing, to defend against bears. I  soon became a gun nut and outdoorsman, all the time I lived in Alaska and then after I moved back to Cincy in  2004.  I love my Glock 23, and my AK-74.  I have slowed down a lot, but I  still do a lot of  camping and day hiking.
I see our 2A rights under severe threat by the Obamassiah, and I think we have to really stick together.

Glad to have you folks. Payne, firefox is your friend. It has a built in spell checker that automatically puts that red squiggly line under misspelled words. Right click and it tells you how to spell it correctly. And free to download here.

Sorry, but spelling on the internet is one of my pet peeves. Here's my rant from a month or so ago.

Being registered here for more then  a month, and have not introduced myself.
    Sorry for such incivility.
My name's Dan. I'm from Czech Republic (a small former comblock country where beer is cheap and guns expensive) .
I'm interested into guns since I was a small kid.
I got my firearms licence after I finished the college.
Having a job, wife and son, I cannot spend as much time at the range as I would like to (that's statement of fact, not nagging).
I'm glad that local laws allow me to attend my hobby legally. Otherwise... ;)
Yeah, I'm gun nut, and it won't get better.   :biggun
