    Hello from Wyoming.

I belong to several other forums, and found a link to this site on one of those.  It is always interesting to hear stories and advice from others.

Hi pstan13, welcome from a bit south of your border.
If I saw a guy with a 60cu/ft safe filled to the brim with nothing but Jennings, Lorcins and Hi-Points, I'd look at the guy and say "Right on brother".

My roommate is moving to Cheyenne in a few weeks. He's really lookin forward to it. As for me, the only thing I saw driving through Wyoming was cows and the fences that keep them there. :neener

Anyway, looked like good shootin country out there. Glad to have ya!

    howdy,
Finally got around to registering so I can participate in the forms while I should be working.
I'm a 37 year old student, due to one to many layoffs, but I'm now able to work as an engineer and will be one soon.
I'm married with four kids and a wonderful wife; we've been together 10 years.
I own two 45 acp, one 9mm, two 380, and of course two 22lr pistols.  Two shotguns, one 270 win, two SKS's and the required three 22lr rifles.
Not overly impressing given this crowd but my family feels I could invade and occupy a small island or two.
I just can't wait to teach my boys how to shoot.
Look forward to being a part of the discussions.
      ;D

Hello All, JD Hart here. I've been talkin with the Ogre for a while, and decided to come and check out his new digs here at WTA. I love to shoot. I have a mod 70 Winchester in 30'06, and and AR in 6.5 Grendel. Have had a lot of offers for the AR, and am getting kinda tired of it. The cartridge that has caught my attention lately is the 6.5 284, and the 7MM Mag.

My passion is archery, and that is where I'll be hanging out most of my time here. If your a pointy stick flinger, or want to start your archery obsession, come on over to the archery thread and chat it up.

I've worked and written for one of the largest hunting organizations in the US for most of the last decade, and have been blessed to try alot of guns and bows over that time. If your lookin to get it, I've probably shot it and have an opinion. Feel free to ask.

In that theme, I do not think I have ever read a piece by George that I do not agree with. In the outdoor media arena, there is a lot of pressure to minimize the negatives, so to speak. But I've never gotten that feeling from one of the ogre's writings. If he is telling it, you can pretty much bank on it gun wise. Period.

You won't find that in very many outdoor writers.

Hello from behind the lines in the PRK.
A little about myself.  geting out of the Navy after 10 years.  Looking for a job in Security.
Life member of the NRA and part of the SD Member Councel.
I like just about anything that goes bang. I am left handed, so i have never been realy big into bolt guns.  I like 1911s and mil type weapons.  Makes it interesting here in the PRK.
