Interesting new law in Texas.

I think I really like this one, I'll wait to see for sure what TXDPS decides it really means but it appears to protect a CHL holder from getting in trouble should they print or inadvertently expose their handgun while they are out and about.

It has passed and as last I heard it hasn't been signed into law yet, but if the Governor ignores it for either 10 or 20 days it becomes law.

If it means what I think it does, this is a much needed change in law!

    Yes, that is a very good change. There us a difference between a shirt riding up while you get something off if a shelf and deliberate brandishing to intimidate.
